Is Pro the same on iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows?
Yes. Under one Ninan account, the iOS and Android keyboards and the MacOS / Windows desktop apps share the same Pro benefits and usage.
How many devices can I use the free plan on?
As many as you like. Sign in with the same account and you can use iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows at the same time. Usage is counted per account.
What are the Knowledge base limits on the free plan?
The free plan keeps up to 3 Knowledge base items; Pro keeps 20. Anything you have already saved is not deleted because of this.
Where do I buy or manage a subscription?
On iOS, subscribing, restoring purchases, cancelling, and refunds all go through the App Store. On Android, MacOS, and Windows you pay with Alipay inside the app (Android opens the Alipay app; the desktop apps go to Alipay’s web checkout). Either way, the benefits sync to the same account.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly?
The benefits are the same. Yearly is ¥98, about ¥8.2 / month; monthly is ¥12, good for a short trial or for turning it on only when you need it.
Will prices and quota change?
They may be adjusted as service costs and product plans change. This site describes the current plans; the actual price is the one shown on the in-app purchase page, the App Store, or the payment page.
